1. About us

Revivio is operated by Revivio, registered in England and Wales under company number 16609155, with its registered office at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom.

2. Your account

  • You must be 18 or over to use Revivio.
  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what staff you invite do.
  • Tell us straight away at skye@revivio.ai if you think someone else has access to your account.

3. Using Revivio

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app to run your shop, for as long as these terms apply. You must not:

  • break the law, or use Revivio to sell stolen or counterfeit goods;
  • copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the app, except where the law allows it;
  • try to get into parts of the service or other users’ data you aren’t meant to;
  • upload anything harmful, such as malware, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights;
  • overload or disrupt the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

4. Your data

You own the content you put into Revivio, including stock records, photos and sales history. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can provide the service to you.

If you record your customers’ personal details, you are responsible for having a lawful reason to do so and for telling them. We process that information on your behalf as described in our privacy policy.

5. Figures, VAT and records

Revivio calculates figures such as takings, profit, stock value and margin-scheme VAT from the information you enter. These figures are a tool to help you, not tax or accounting advice. You remain responsible for your own tax returns, VAT records and for keeping records for as long as the law requires. Check with an accountant if you are unsure.

6. Subscriptions and payments

  • Some features need a paid subscription. Prices are shown before you buy.
  • Subscriptions bought through the App Store are billed by Apple and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your Apple account settings.
  • Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its own policies.
  • Card payments you take from your customers are processed by your payment provider under its own terms. Revivio is not a payment provider and does not hold your customers’ money.

7. Our intellectual property

The app, website, name, logo and design belong to us or our licensors. These terms don’t give you any rights to them other than the licence to use the app.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Revivio running and your data safe, but we can’t promise the service will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copies of important records. We may change or improve features over time. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you in advance in the app or by email.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited by law.

Because Revivio is a business tool, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

10. Ending these terms

You can stop using Revivio and delete your account at any time. We may end these terms or suspend your account if you seriously break them, or with 30 days’ notice for any other reason. When the terms end, your licence to use the app ends and we will delete your data as set out in the privacy policy.

11. Apple App Store terms

If you downloaded Revivio from the Apple App Store, these extra terms apply:

  • These terms are between you and Revivio only, not Apple. Revivio, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
  • Your licence to use the app is limited to Apple-branded devices you own or control, as allowed by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
  • Revivio, not Apple, is responsible for maintenance and support of the app. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support.
  • If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses caused by a failure to conform to a warranty are Revivio’s responsibility.
  • Revivio, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
  • If a third party claims the app or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, Revivio, not Apple, is solely responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim.
  • You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • You must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the app, such as your mobile carrier’s or payment provider’s terms.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. Once you accept them, Apple has the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Questions, complaints or claims about the app should be sent to us using the details in section 13.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
